Cochrane - Smooth Rock Falls Victim Crisis Assistance
is a non-profit, charitable organization, governed by a community Board of
Directors and two full time staff and one part time staff. The program is
volunteer driven, working in partnership with police service, other agencies,
organizations and emergency personnel 24hrs per day/ 7 days a week.
